Quinoa (properly pronounced "kenn-wah") was known as the "Mother Grain" to the Incas, and was a fundamental part of their diet. It is a quick-cooking and gluten-free food. It is also rich in amino acids, fiber, potassium, calcium, iron, zinc, and B vitamins, among others. Easy to digest, many people with dietary concerns are finding quinoa a wonderful and healthy addition to their meals. those which our bodies are incapable of producing by themselves. Quinoa has been, and continues to be, grown and cultivated primarily in the Andes mountain ranges of Bolivia, Peru, and Chile. Quinoa is not a food that many people outside of the vegetarian or vegan world may be familiar with, and the majority of supermarkets may not carry it on their shelves You can find at whole foods.

Pasta is a simple carbohydrate, but whole grains are complex carbohydrates so they are better for glucose control and diabetes prevention. They burn slower in your system so you get more energy.
