CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASS
Circuit classes wil be forming the 1st of February 2010. There will be 3 levels:
Begginer, Intermediate and Advanced
Each class is 45 minutes. Arrive 10 minutes before class for warm up and stretch. classes are held on:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Morning, afternoon and evenings. Three times per week $20 per class!
*All monthly payments in advance.
*All client schedule in a week advance

The first step we take is evaluation:
Lifestyle Questionnaire will focus health and fitness history, screening on the training floor to see which class best fits you.
*Classes are 3 min and 5 client maximum per class
*Clients are required to bring own towels and water
*Rental towels and purified water available at $5.00
Beginner Level
Less than 6 months weight/cardio training
Learn proper form and technique on all exercise. Included is workout chart. Once you are familiar with excersices, circuit will be a total body workout with 5 training stations which are performed non-stop between exercises with a rest period between rounds (time to drink and stretch)
Intermediate Level
Less than 2 years weight/cardio training
Circuit will be a total body workout with 14 training stations which are perfoned non-stop between exercises with a rest period between rounds (time to drink and stretch) should be proformed
Advanced Level
More than 5 years weight/cardio training
his is for the conditioned athlete or getting ready for law enforcement, military training and hard-core training, circuit will be a total body workout 1 min exercise, then cardio at 60-80% target heart rate for 5 min, with a rest period of 90 seconds between rounds (time to drink and stretch)a total and between
