Pierre Gonzalez has been in the fitness industry for over thirty years will be an asset to anyone who shares the same passion and drive that I have for the total athletic industry.
"I have been a competitive bodybuilder for the last 20 years. As well as my education, my hands-on experience has given me the practical edge. While living in Los Angles for ten years I was fortunate to be trained by some of the world’s best fitness and competitive athletes.
My continued education gives me a comprehension of updates on all supplementation’s as well as new training techniques, in Rehabilitation, competitive fitness training, and eating disorders.
Working with the community has been one of my best attributes by teaching continuing education courses to cover subjects on kinesiology, nutrition, supplementation and fitness training and assisting in the production of fitness and health fairs. This only enhances in getting the public to understand the importance of exercise, nutrition and supplementation and that all of these are not for athletes alone, but for everyone.
My continued commitment to this industry had allowed me to manage some of the most recognized gyms in this industry – World Gym, Bally’s and Gold’s Venice."
PIERRE'S TESTIMONIAL
This was me... I myself am a living testimony about the services and training that I offer!
"In 1999 I was competing for the Nevada bodybuilding championships in Las Vegas when I felt a sharp pain in my right shin then knee and started to have very sharp pains in my hip as well.
As time went on the pain got worse. After several major test and cat scans, II was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis and DJD degenerated joint disease. In January of 2001 underwent hip replacement surgery,I thought that my career was over!
In 2006 my left elbow was fixed, although I continue to go though my replacement surgeries it has been a long process but with determination and rehabilitation I'm back in the best shape! I know my knowledge of training and nutrition will help"
Point is...be safe, don’t give up on yourself or your goals be positive! Safeguarding your body and training is the best combination.
